About this portfolio

Mandate

The Optimize Tactical Growth Portfolio – Class V seeks to invest in both equity oriented and income oriented investments. In selecting its equity and income oriented investments, this model portfolio invests in Equity, Bond, and REIT ETFs offered through Vanguard Investments Canada. In addition to this strategy and for diversification purposes, up to 30% may also be allocated in each of the Optimize Growth Equity and the Optimize Premium Income pooled funds. In setting the mix between the portfolio’s equity and income oriented investments, the manager employs a dynamic tactical asset allocation strategy to establish the portfolio’s optimal asset allocation.
